A Ukrainian 2-month-old baby attends the funeral of his father
A 2-month-old newborn attended the funeral of his father, who died fighting for Ukraine, in an utterly heartbreaking photo.
Serhiy Parkhomenko, a 25-year-old Ukrainian jet pilot, was shot down on May 14th. His plane was shot down by the enemies while on a combat mission against Russia.
An photograph has been circulating on social media since the news of his death broke.

Another video circulating on Twitter shows the funeral taking place in a church while MiG-21 fighter jets fly above Vinnytsia, Ukraine, paying honour to the young attack pilot.
Other troops can be seen in the video covering Serhiy’s body with the Ukrainian flag.

Serhiy reportedly destroyed 20 tanks, 50 BBMs, 55 cars, 20 fuel tanks, and hundreds of Russians, according to South East Military Veterans, a movement backing Ukraine’s defence forces.
