Vaibhavi Upadhyaya dead

The police reported that on Monday, actor Vaibhavi Upadhyaya, well known for the television series Sarabhai vs. Sarabhai: Take 2, died in a car accident in Himachal Pradesh.

Upadhyaya lost her life after the Mumbai number Fortuner she was riding in with her fiancé plummeted into a gorge in the Banjar neighbourhood of Kullu district. The mishap happened when the vehicle was navigating a sharp curve.

Vaibhavi attempted to exit the vehicle through the window and suffered a fatal head injury while the other passenger was unharmed, according to SP Kullu Sakshi Verma, who spoke to PTI.

On Wednesday, said Verma, the actor’s final rites will be performed in Mumbai.

Upadhyaya played Jasmine Mawani, the love interest of Rosesh, who was portrayed by Rajesh Kumar, in Sarabhai vs. Sarabhai.

Her feisty persona frequently made viewers laugh with her literal foot-in-mouth translations from Gujarati to English.

The Gujarati slogan “Khot nat kehti” and Jasmine’s refusal to submit to the aristocratic Maya Sarabhai (Ratna Pathak Shah), the family matriarch, were additional reasons for her popularity.

Upadhyaya was regarded by Satish Shah as “a fine actor and colleague.” “The entire SvS team is in disbelief.” Om Shanti,” tweeted Shah.

‘Shocking! Vaibhavi Upadhyaya, better known as “Jasmine” in the television series Sarabhai vs. Sarabhai, is dead, tweeted the show’s actor-director Deven Bhojani on Twitter.
