Watch BRAHMĀSTRA Trailer (Video), where Ranbir plays Shiva

The most awaited movie trailer of the year, BRAHMĀSTRA is out. With all evil powers out to get the BRAHMĀSTRA, Ranbir Kapoor plays the main protagonist “Shiva” who will in a way guard the BRAHMĀSTRA.

BRAHMĀSTRA was a weapon in ancient India that had powers of a 1000 nuclear bombs. So in short whoever gets his or her hands over it can destroy not only the earth but also the universe.

So the trailer starts with Amitabh Bachchan explaining the powers of the universe that is Jal, Agni and Vayu. Ranbir Kapoor who is playing the superhero “Shiva” seems to have power of Agni as the fire can’t hurt him. In fact he can make use of Fire for his own good.

So overall it’s a fight between Evil and Good to win their rights over BRAHMĀSTRA.

The trailer seems to be full of special effects. I guess that has to be the first for a Bollywood movie. The music and background score by Pritam sounds fantastic.

The movie is directed by Ayan Mukherjee and stars Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Nagarjuna and Amitabh Bachchan in the lead.
