Diganth was evacuated from Goa to Bengaluru after a sporting accident

Diganth Manchale, a Kannada film actor, was airlifted from Goa to Bengaluru after suffering sports injuries, according to hospital officials on Tuesday.

He has since been admitted to a private hospital in Bengaluru and is undergoing additional evaluation.

The hospital reported that the 38-year-old actor from Tirthahalli in Shivamogga, who appeared in the films Gaalipata, Pancharangi, and Parijatha, was injured in Goa.

It stated that the actor was receiving treatment at Manipal Hospital in Goa for a sports injury he suffered two days prior.
