Haji Mahboob on Gyanvapi case: This time I’m not going to back down

If Muslims begin a movement to save the Gyanvapi mosque in Varanasi and the Shahi Idgah in Mathura, Haji Mahboob claims that the country will be ruined.

Claims have been made that after Babri mosque, RSS is now plotting to take away the Gyanvapi mosque and the Shahi Idgah from Muslims.

As Mahboob said, “They should forget about taking away the two mosques forcibly because there will be a huge movement to save the Gyanvapi mosque and the Idgah in Mathura, and Muslims will not back down this time.”

An appeal to have the Hindu idols on the Gyanvapi mosque’s outer wall removed is currently being heard in a Varanasi court, but a Mathura district court ruled on Thursday that an appeal to have the Shahi Idgah Masjid removed from the complex it shares with the Katra Keshav Dev Temple is admissible.
