Navneet & Ravi Rana arrest is absolutely illegal, says Lawyer, in Hanuman Chalisa row in mumbai. The arrest warrant was generated under the Bombay Act.

There has to be a permission taken before arrest, however it was not taken said the lawyer. Section 149 notice was given to husband and wife before the arrest was made.
