Passenger train services resumed between India-Bangladesh on May 29. The train service was halted due to the recent Covid-19 pandemic.

Only 19 passengers board the ‘Bandhan’ Express, while there were 100 passengers booked for the ‘Maitree’ Express. The third train ‘Mithali’ Express will start its service from June 1.
