On Wednesday, Congress leader Sachin Pilot stated that he will not back down from the fight against corruption and for the youth’s future, adding that the state government must act in this regard.
Speaking to the media in Tonk, Sachin Pilot declared, “I cannot compromise in any way on corruption or with the future of the youth. In my meeting with the youth in Jaipur on May 15, I made a promise, and I have since brought that commitment before the party’s highest leaders in Delhi. As a result, everything is now under their awareness.
In addition, he claimed that the Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) should be changed in the way it operates and that a probe into the corruption of the former state administration under Vasundhara Raje should be launched.
“The corruption and looting that occurred under the previous Vasundhara administration should be thoroughly probed, and the young people who were victimised should also receive justice. RPSC should also undergo radical transformation. I am anticipating action from the state government on all of these,” Pilot said.
Sachin Pilot further emphasised that he did nothing wrong by bringing the concerns of the young people before prominent Congress officials in Delhi because the party has repeatedly said that it opposes corruption.
