Sara Ali Khan lashed out at the trolls at a promotional event for her upcoming film, declaring, “I will keep visiting. People can say whatever they want, I have no problem. You should like the energy of a place…I believe in energy.”
In response to criticism over her recent visit to Ujjain’s Mahakal temple, actress Sara Ali Khan, who has been actively promoting her next movie “Zara Hatke Zara Bachke,” attacked the trolls and said her personal beliefs are her own.
“I will go to Ajmer Sharif with the same devotion with which I will go to Bangla Sahib or Mahakal. I will continue visiting. People can say whatever they want. You should like the energy of a place…I believe in energy. I work for people, for you. I would feel bad if you didn’t like my work. However, my personal beliefs are my own.”
On May 31, Sara Ali Khan participated in the Bhasma Aarti, which is performed between 4 and 5:30 am during the Brahma Muhurta, and gave prayers at the Mahakaleshwar Temple in the Madhya Pradesh region’s Ujjain district.
