Singer KK Death: Police begins probe at the Oberoi Hotel

The Kolkata Police have opened an investigation into the death of famed Bollywood vocalist Krishnakumar Kunnath, also known as KK.

The case has been filed with the New Market Police Station, which has authority over the five-star hotel where KK slept before being transferred to the hospital.

“We’ve initiated an inquiry into singer KK’s death, and the New Market Police Station has been notified of an unnatural death. We’re speaking with the hotel’s management and reviewing CCTV footage to figure out what transpired before he was sent to the hospital,” the officer said.
