Suresh Kumar Khanna presents the first budget for Yogi Government

Suresh Kumar Khanna, the finance minister of Uttar Pradesh, introduced the state assembly’s first budget of Yogi Adityanath’s second term government on Thursday.

“The state’s economy is quickly improving. While tabling the budget, Khanna stated, “We believe we will be successful in taking the state’s economy to USD 1 trillion.”

Khanna, who is seated next to the chief minister, announced that a budget of Rs 276.66 crore has been recommended for the Uttar Pradesh special security force, which is responsible for the security of courts, historical and religious sites like as Ayodhya, Kashi, and Mathura.

According to him, the second phase of the 112 plan would begin this year, and an allocation of Rs 730.88 crore is recommended for its strengthening. For the fiscal year 2021-22, the Adityanath government presented a budget of Rs 5,50,270.78 crore.
