Virat Kohli gives some tips to Yashasvi Jaiswal during net practise

Prior to the WTC final against Australia, the youthful opener, Yashasvi Jaiswal, who had finished the IPL, had his first practise session in London.

The 21-year-old was seen speaking with Virat Kohli in a video that the ICC posted, and the former India captain gave the youngster some batting advice.

This sparked a barrage of responses from supporters, some of whom wished to see Jaiswal in the starting XI and others who were pleased to see him studying under the “King.”

Ruturaj Gaikwad’s decision to skip the World Test Championship final led to Jaiswal’s inclusion in the Indian Test team as a standby.

Beginning on June 7, India will face Australia at the Oval.
