IHM Srinagar teaches businesses to make millet food (Video)

The Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) Srinagar is teaching businesses how to make millet food (chat) recipes in anticipation of the G20 Summit in Kashmir.

The specific group of female business owners of NRLM are receiving instruction from IHM’s expert chefs on how to make meals with millet.

Since 2023 is also Global Millets Year, the summit appears to be a fantastic opportunity for Kashmir to extend its hospitality to the G20 participants.

According to the IHM principle, this will be an occasion to showcase Kashmir’s warm hospitality to the G20 participants.

The course’s participants expressed gratitude for the opportunity to participate in the hospitality programme.

The millet foods will be made from a variety of grains, such as oats, wheat, buckwheat, puffed rice, corn and maize.

Notably, the G20 gathering will take place at the Sheri Kashmir International Conference Centre (SKICC), which is located in Srinagar on the shores of Dal Lake.

One Miyazaki Mango sold at Rs. 10,600 in Birbhum, West Bengal (Video)

One mango was sold at auction for Rs 10,600 in the Birbhum district of West Bengal. 

It was a unique variety of mango called a Miyazaki, which is indigenous to Japan.

According to accounts, 8 of these mangoes have now sprouted in Birbhum after a local guy brought some saplings back from his trip to Japan a couple of years ago.

On June 2, one of the eight mangoes was put up for sale.
