Mumbai, April 30 (IANS) An old video of Telugu star Naga Chaitanya has resurfaced and is currently going viral on the Internet. The video, which was shot during the promotion of his film ‘Shailaja Reddy Alludu’ in 2018, sees Naga Chaitanya sitting with his co-actor Anu Emmanuel as they engage in a ‘Never Have I Ever’ game.

During the segment, Anu and Naga Chaitanya were asked if they have ever two-timed in a relationship. While Anu said she hasn’t, Naga raised the ‘yes’ placard, which left even Anu shocked.

He said, “Everyone should experience everything in life. That’s when you grow up and figure out, okay I’ve had all the experiences, now it’s time to settle down”.

The video was shared on the open aggregator platform Reddit where a user while sharing the video wrote in the caption, “This was a promotional interview for one of his films, kind of a ‘never have I ever’ set up. This interview was filmed when Sam (Samantha Ruth Prabhu) and Chay were still married. Side note; After their divorce, Samantha had a female-led film, Yashoda, that opened higher on Day 1 than his next two movies did”.

Many users were taken aback by the actor’s answer. One user wrote, “Didn’t expect this from him”. Another user wrote, “Whatttt? Okay massive red flag”.

A third user wrote, “Never understood why people call ambitious people ‘social climbers’. It’s not their fault they were not born into wealth.”

Naga Chaitanya married Samantha Ruth Prabhu in 2017. However, the couple announced their separation 4 years later in 2021. The actor is currently rumoured to be dating Sobhita Dhulipala. They haven’t confirmed their relationship as yet.

Mumbai, April 30 (IANS) In the upcoming episodes of ‘Aangan Aapno Kaa’, Pallavi’s (Ayushi Khurana) husband Akash (Samar Vermani) will face a devastating setback when he loses his job as the hotel announces that they cannot employ anyone who has been jailed.

His mother Aparna (Kashish Duggal), heartbroken by the humiliation they endured, expresses her grief. Meanwhile, Pallavi remains resolute in her quest to expose Pappi’s deceit and clear the family’s name.

Despite Akash’s cautious advice to pursue a legal path, Pallavi, with her father-in-law Suresh (Sagar Saini) and uncle Subhash (Vinayak Bhave) firmly by her side, devises a bold plan to trap Pappi (Ashwin Kaushal) in his own deceitful game.

To her surprise, even Neetu (Neeva Malik), the constable and girlfriend of Pappi’s sidekick Amit Tandon (Manish Kaushal) also joins forces with Pallavi when she gets to know that her boyfriend is betraying her as well.

Pallavi’s plan unfolds with Deepika (Neetha Shetty) assuming the role of an NRI, intending to sell her property to a prominent dealer, with her husband Varun (Waseem Mushtaq) playing the role of her driver. Rakesh offers his office space for the scheme, but unforeseen health issues force Deepika to step aside, prompting Tanvi (Aditi Rathore) to step into the role. As tensions escalate, the stage is set for a dramatic showdown.

Talking about the sequence, Ayushi said: “Pallavi is a resilient woman who refuses to tolerate injustice and will stop at nothing to fight back especially when it comes to her family’s reputation. Despite Akash’s lack of support, she remains steadfast in her determination to prove the family innocent and restore their honour.”

“Pallavi’s unwavering belief in herself has seen her through countless challenges in the past. The upcoming episodes will depict Pallavi’s journey as she sets her trap to expose Pappi’s deceit, navigating numerous hurdles along the way,” she added.

Mumbai, April 30 (IANS) Sonali Bendre on Tuesday celebrated 25 years of her action thriller film ‘Sarfarosh’, starring Aamir Khan in the lead, by sharing a nostalgic video from the movie.

The actress, who enjoys 4.4 million followers on Instagram, shared a Reel video comprising snippets from the 1999 movie. The video also features popular tracks like ‘Is Deewane Ladke Ko’, and ‘Jo Haal Dil Ka’.

Sonali captioned the video as: “25 years ago today… #aamirkhan #johnmatthewMatthan #25yearsofSarfarosh”.

A fan commented on the video and said: “That chemistry was so authentic.. pure college wala love story”. Another user said: “Peak Sonali Bendre”.

A user said: “Old is gold”.

Directed by John Matthew Matthan, the movie which revolves around an Indian police officer’s quest to stop cross-border terrorism, also stars Naseeruddin Shah.

On the work front, Sonali will be soon seen in the season two of the newsroom drama ‘The Broken News’. The show also stars Jaideep Ahlawat, and Shriya Pilgaonkar.

Mumbai, April 30 (IANS) Bollywood actor Ayushmann Khurrana recently watched ‘MJ the Musical’, the Broadway musical based on the life of the King of pop, Michael Jackson, in New York City.

On Tuesday, the actor took to the Stories section of his Instagram and shared an image from outside of the theatre which hosted the Broadway musical.

Ayushmann was struck by a huge wave of nostalgia watching the musical unfold live. He wrote on the picture, “From dancing to MJ’s tunes as a kid to witnessing his musical live, this night at @mjthemusical at Broadway in NYC was pure nostalgia.”

Ayushmann also recently attended the Time 100 Gala where he clicked pictures with Dua Lipa, Uma Thurman and Dev Patel.

‘MJ the Musical’ features Jackson’s music with a book by Lynn Nottage, and choreography by Christopher Wheeldon.

It has been nominated for 10 Tony Awards including Best Musical. It won 4 out of 10 Tony Awards including Best Actor in a Musical for Myles Frost, Best Choreography, Best Lighting Design and Best Sound Design.

So far, the musical has seen the attendance of over 1.1 million Broadway enthusiasts.

Ayushmann recently released his synth-pop track ‘Akh Da Taara’.

Mumbai, April 30 (IANS) Actress Nidhhi Agerwal, who is currently busy with the shoot of the Prabhas-starrer ‘The Raja Saab’, is set to start shooting for the upcoming streaming project ‘Dunk: Once Bitten Twice Shy’.

The film, directed by Abhishek Jaiswal, is set to go on floors on June 1.

Talking about the film, Nidhhi said, “Well, I’ll be juggling between two films, and I’m aware that the nature of my schedule will come with its own demands, but I’m committed and I’m actually looking forward to taking this up as a challenge.”

“I’m gearing up to be more focused than ever and give it my best! All in all, I’m truly grateful to have the opportunity to play wonderful characters in two different languages, with a whole different set of brilliant people, simultaneously, I feel blessed,” she added.

The film, which is backed by Prerna Arora, also marks the OTT debut of Tusshar Kapoor, and showcases him in a role that is full of intensity and intrigue, a departure from his previous work.

The film also stars Suchitra Krishnamoorthy and Shivin Narang. It is produced by Prerna Arora, UJS Studio, and Ess Kay Gee Entertainment.
